Social Media Posting

Social media work can be labor-intensive and tedious, but it's very important to successfully building buzz and increasing traffic and conversion. We'll take care of the hard part for you.

Regular Updates

To build and maintain a social media presence, it's important to post regular updates for followers to see. Our general recommendation is to shoot for a goal of two posts per week, per channel. If you're just starting out or your followers don't overlap across channels, it's ok to recycle content; but for most organizations, we recommend trying to post different content across different channels. If all that sounds daunting, don't worry! We're here to help. We'll work with you to develop content, then handle posting it regularly so there's always something fresh for followers to take a look at.

Participate and Engage

Social media isn't a one-way street. When followers talk to you or comment on your posts, it's important to respond quickly, helpfully, and, in most cases, publicly. Trust us to handle your social interactions on your behalf as we work on building community for your site.

Keeping Up with the Rapidly Changing Landscape

Social media changes quickly. For almost all sites, we recommend a Facebook and Twitter presence, but beyond that, the en vogue options vary with your industry as much as with what's hip in Silicon Valley. If you've never heard of Periscope, Whisper, or Pinterest, don't worry! We'll keep up with the news and make sure you have a profile on all the relevant channels.

Expand into Advertising

If you ever feel like you outgrow organic social media management, we can help you soar to new heights with paid advertising. Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and Google are just a few examples of channels that may be lucrative for your advertising dollars. Of course, their effectiveness can be limited if your campaign is ineffective. We'll help you write copy, determine audience, and even secure trial ad accounts where available, then follow up with regular reports so you know your marketing dollars are well spent.
